 Aladin Niazmand

Managing Director, Health Planner and Healthcare Architect

Responsible for the overall performance of the consultant team. Responsible for high-level client contact.  Responsible for checking the team output. 
Aladin brings to the projects his extensive experience of all aspects of hospital planning and procurement. Aladin has 25 years of experience with personal responsibility for over 100 complex healthcare projects. Aladin is also the Development Director for the popular Health Facility Briefing System (HFBS).

 Dianne Barton

Senior Associate, Health Planner/ Nurse Planner

Responsible for Briefing (Functional Program), Service Planning, Operational Policy Development, Room Data Sheets and Room Layout Sheets. Dianne is also responsible for the management of the client user group consultation and approvals. As a qualified Nurse, Dianne will bring to the Healthcare projects her extensive understanding of diverse user groups and their needs in the context of a complex healthcare campus. 

 Anne Lamb

Associate, Senior Healthcare Architect and Health Planner

Anne has 22 years of experience as a specialist Healthcare Architect with a demonstrated ability to handle complex design problems. Anne typically leads large design teams as the Project Architect. Anne is experienced in Medical Planning, Departmental Planning, Detailed Design and Construction Administration of projects. Anne has been responsible for more than 20 large and complex healthcare projects. 

 Chris Hayward Brown

Associate, Project Architect and Project Manager

Chris has extensive experience in managing a team preparing Architectural design and documentation for tendering as well as contract administration and procurement of healthcare facilities for both public and private clients. Chris has successfully completed numerous projects both in the role of project Architect and Project Manager.  Chris is also HPI’s Quality Assurance Manager and responsible for the coordination of internal and external QA audits.
  

 Robert Martin

Director of Service Planning, Health Planner and Project Director

Robert is a highly skilled and experienced health service planner with a broad portfolio of achievements extending over twenty years. He has managed or directed a large number of complex and challenging health service and hospital planning projects.  Robert is a key member of the HPI development team for the automated, web-based HFBS Service Planning module, available world-wide.
  

 Alex Azzouni

Associate, Production Manager CAD and BIM Manager

Alex is responsible for HPI’s CAD/ BIM standards as well as document production. Alex is also a qualified Project Manager and QA Manager. Alex has extensive experience in numerous Hospital projects which he has completed successfully over the last 14 years whilst leading HPI’s production teams.
Alex maintains a hands-on involvement in everyday project development and client liaison. 

 Hai Sun Tan

Associate, Senior Healthcare Architect

Hai Sun has extensive skills in handling hospital projects with disparate components, working with existing clinical infrastructure and tight delivery programs. Hai Sun can handle complex healthcare projects from inception to completion whilst leading project teams and coordinating engineering consultants. Hai Sun has been the responsible Project Architect for numerous projects at HPI.

 Andreas Dimakopoulos

Associate, Senior Healthcare Architect

Andreas is an experienced of Architectural detailing and documentation. He is typically responsible for the design development and for-construction documentation.  Andreas is also responsible for the creation of HPI’s component based “Generic Details” and the detail library. Andreas has been responsible for the design development on many hospital projects.

 Rachel Marshal

Senior Interior Designer

Rachel is senior interior designer at HPI's Sydney office. Born in Scotland, Rachel has the experience of hospital, residential and leisure design in London and Sydney. She is involved in the projects  from concept to completion as the leader of the dedicated HPI healthcare Interior Design team. Rachel also assists client with furniture selection & scheduling.
