 Norwest Private Hospital
 Bella Vista, Sydney, Australia

HPI’s new Norwest Private Hospital is located in a region of Sydney which has the highest birth rate and population growth. The project incorporates over 200 beds, 11 digital operating rooms, 7 LDR Birthing Rooms, a Catheter Lab, ICU and Emergency Department. The development also incorporates 6000 m2 of medical suites and 690 parking spaces.

PROJECT ROLE
HPI was responsible for the detailed briefing, health planning, Architectural design and
for-construction detailed documentation. HPI was also involved in the marketing process
