Planning, design, documentation of a new 4 storey medical centre  including 24 medical suites, medical imaging, pathology and pharmacy.

The Campbelltown Medical Centre includes over 6,000 m2 of retail and tenancy suites on the Ground Floor, Level 1 and Level 2 of the development with the private hospital located on Level 3. Tenancies located on the Ground floor include the Coffee Shop and several retail tenancies, which line the continuous verandah along Parkside Crescent. Also included is a generous Medical Imaging tenancy, Pathology collection and a Hydrotherapy Pool. Level 1 and 2 are dedicated to medical suites and medically related commercial space. The classification of the building, being Class 9a will permit the medical suites to include minor procedures in-house.

The five storey clinic building will be linked to the hospital by two air bridges. Both buildings will be serviced by a common car park with restricted access to doctor and staff parking areas. The first two floors will be occupied by the medical school that will include simulation and anatomy labs. Three floors will be dedicated consulting rooms which will have digital access to the hospital and medical school.

The complex is a 2 storey building with a basement car park designed to harmonise with the existing hospital buildings. Ground Floor accommodates 364 m2 of medical consulting suites, a 24 hour medical centre and tenancy  suites for Coffee Shop, Pharmacy, Pathology and  Radiology. A covered walkway between the Medical Complex and the existing hospital provides ease of access to the hospital’s Casualty Department. The first floor contains 950 m2 of medical consulting suites in 14 suites, some with private balconies.

Construction reached lock-up stage May 2000. Fitout commenced 7 April 2000. 
HPI was engaged to provide Design and Construction Management services.
HPI is also responsible for "theming" and common signage.
