Support services include pathology, medical imaging, nuclear medicine, oncology, pharmacy, physiotherapy and mother and baby clinics.
Operating rooms will have a fully integrated IT system.
The project also includes over 8000sqm of suites and 690 car parking bays.
The builder achieved Practical Completion on 6th July. Healthscope is currently commissioning and testing the facility ahead of operations starting on 6th September this year. |

This is a new 120 bed private rehabilitation Hospital for
Australian
Hospital Care Limited. Different disciplines such as Vascular, Orthopaedic and Neuro are provided in specialised ward wings whilst the intensity of care is separated into Acute Rehab and Stepdown Wards. The plan is flexible and expandable. The complex also includes a dedicated Physio/ OT facility with associated Hydrotherapy Pool for outpatients. Separate Physio/ OT facilities are tightly integrated with the wards in a high quality resort style environment. The buildings are designed around wings and courtyards incorporating several therapeutic and memorial gardens. The single storey design and detailing has been fine tuned for maximum operational efficiency whilst achieving high quality interior finishes. The cost per sq m as well as cost per bed is expected to set new records in this class of Construction. |

contains 950 m2 of medical consulting suites in 14 suites, some with private balconies. |
