Responsible for high level client contact. Responsible for checking the team output. Aladin is also responsible for the design and overall management of all HPI Project-specific web sites.   Dianne Barton Health Planner and Senior Associate Responsible for Briefing, Room Data Sheets, Operational Policy Statements. Responsible for checking Room Layout Sheets. Responsible for assisting the client in the selection of equipment as well as group 2 & 3 items. Responsible for the management of the user group consultation and approvals. Responsible for design verification.   Christopher Hayward Brown Senior Architect and Associate Chris has been the Project Architect for several important HPI projects. Chris also acts as assistant Design Architect. He is responsible for the day to day administration of the project. Responsible for design development, documentation and services. Also Responsible for authority approvals. Responsible for the project specifications.   Anne Lamb Senior Architect and Associate Ann is very experienced Health Care Architect. She has been involved in the design and detailed documentation of numerous public and private hospitals. Ann will be a team leader for  detailed departmental planning, user group consultation, design development and documentation.   Hai Sun Tan Senior Architect and Associate Hai Sun is part of the design and documentation team for HPI’s hospitals. Hai Sun has been involved with more than 6 hospital projects at HPI. She has advanced level CAD skills and an intimate knowledge of HPI’s Generic Detailing system. Hai Sun has been a Project Architects for several important Hospital projects and is intimately familiar with the documentation process.   Alex Azzouni CAD Manager and Associate Alex is responsible for CAD standards and detailing. Also responsible for the external fabric of the building and schedules. Alex maintains documentation standards and is partly responsible for the HPI QA system.   Jackie Warren Interior Designer- Manager Jackie is responsible for the interior team plus their output. She has experience in residential as well as hospital developments.   Steven Kelly Senior Draftsman Steven is an experienced CAD documentation specialist. He has many years of experience in the detailed documentation and coordination of services. Steven is responsible for design development and for-construction documentation as well as documentation team management.   Andereas Senior Architect Andreas is an experienced CAD Architect typically responsible for design development and detailed documentation. Andreas is also responsible for the creation of new HPI ‘generic details’ as part of the detail library. Andreas has been responsible for the design development on many hospital projects.   Don Granatelli Project Architect Don is a senior Architect and Urban Designer. Don is a team leader in charge of other design and documentation Architects. His considerable skill in the coordination of various project tasks result in uniformly high quality output.  Don is also responsible for external consultants design coordination   Bete Salvia-Teixeira Senior Architect Bete has many years of experience in design and documentation of buildings. She has been working on construction documentation and liaison with builders in projects like Ballina Hospital, Long Bay Prison, and Forensic Hospital.   Nada Popovich Senior Architect Nada is a experienced Architect responsible for the detailing, scheduling and specification of HPI projects. Nada also specialises in the use of HPI’s advanced database for door schedules, specifications and hardware systems.   Barry Richmond Senior Architect Barry Richmond is a senior CAD Architect with more than 30 years experience in a variety of projects. Barry is responsible for the design development, detailed documentation and specifications for large and complex projects. Barry also specialises in all aspects of multi-storey carpark structures.   Richard Stone Senior Architect Richard works closely with Don Granatelli. Richard will be primarily involved in detailed documentation and consultant coordination. Richard will also participate in site inspections     Rachel Marshall Interior Designer Rachel is senior interior designer at HPI's Sydney office. Born in Scotland and with experience in both residential and leisure design in London and Sydney she is involved on all projects from concept to completion.   Belinda Penman Interior Designer Belinda is a Junior Interior Designer at HPI’s Sydney Office. She is a talented young designer from Newcastle University with a degree in Bachelor of Design Architecture, and will be pursuing future studies in Interior Design.   Negar Hamid Web Application Designer and Developer Negar is responsible for design and management of the web based Health Facility Briefing System (HFBS) and HPI’s web site. She has a unique and invaluable combination of web application experience and graphic design.   Eunice Ho Assistant Architect Eunice is an experienced assistant Architect involved in the CAD documentation of over 10 hospital projects. Eunice specialises in the design and detailing of interiors including individual Room Layout Sheets and matching Room Data Sheets. Eunice is also responsible for the coordination and scheduling of interior finishes.   Jenny Huang Assistant Architect Jenny is a young and enthusiastic assistant CAD Architect with the experience of team work on over 5 hospital projects. Jenny is responsible for the coordination and production of individual Room Layout Sheets for HPI’s hospital projects. Jenny has also been involved in the production of Standard Room Layout Sheets forming part of the Health Standards.   Colin Xiao Assistant Architect Colin is a recent graduated from UNSW who received BA (Hors.) degree. Primarily responsible for design development, detailing and liaison with constructions.   Taylor Wu Assistant Architect Taylor is an Assistant to the Project Architect on a variety of Hospital projects. He has advanced CAD skills as well as training as part of the QA audit process. Taylor has been through the documentation process on several hospital projects.   Hoi Choy Assistant Architect Hoy is a young and enthusiastic Assistant Architect working as part of hospital documentation teams. Despite his young age, Hoy has worked on over 6 hospital projects at every level of complexity. Hoy has advanced and extremely fast CAD skills including documentation and presentation.   Daimin Japar Assistant Architect An Assistant Architect who graduated from University of Kentucky, USA. He has experience in church architecture, municipal projects such as courthouses, aquatic facilities, banks, and hospitals.
